You know you want to get well muscled and eat your veggies like me.
In the #jackedlikejosh challenge Mom and I will provide you with suggested exercises, health tips and motivation to help hold you accountable for a month long health journey (and beyond)! Together we’ll work towards a healthier future and raise funds to help mobility impaired pets get the essential care and equipment they need to thrive. A suggested $20 donation to Wild Hearts gets you into the challenge. The main fundraising page will be available for all to utilize as we will assign a donation amount to specific exercises. For example, a $10 donation means 25 bicep curls. So workouts will be dictated by individuals who donate to the fundraiser.

No equipment or special workout supplies needed.
We encourage you to set up an additional Facebook or Givelively fundraiser benefitting Wild Hearts to engage your friends and family to help you stay on track! As an example, you can check out what mom is doing below. We’ll send you info on how to get started if you chose this option.

Erin’s #jackedlikejosh Challenge
As many of you know, I am the Founder of Wild Hearts and have spent the last 7 years of my life dedicated to helping pets with mobility impairments and moving our mission forward.
My current, pup (and Wild Hearts spokesdog) Josh the Pitbull - gimmesomejosh (@gimmesomejosh) has been paralyzed in his back legs since he came to me as a foster in 2015 thru Wild Hearts and Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue. When not in his cart, he gets around using his front legs and has built up a lot of definition in his pectorals, deltoids, biceps and forearms, not to mention those shoulder flexors! Always having a desire to get in better shape and live a healthier lifestyle, now is the time to get #jackedlikejosh 💪🥊💕
I have decided to take my #JackedLikeJosh journey a little further and make it fun and interactive in a time when there is so much uncertainty and negativity in the world. My focus has turned to improving my health AND continuing the mission of Wild Hearts which is only funded through the generosity of our supporters.
