You’ll find HOWL’d lurking just a few blocks south of Route 64 and 7th Avenue, where the moonlight falls a little thicker and the shadows like to linger. Street parking is available along the east side of 7th Avenue—just follow the glow of the lanterns and the echo of distant howls.
